We use our own financial resources to fund public works and the supply of one or more energy services, relieving public administrations of upfront investment costs and technical and operational risks.
We are repaid over time through a fee linked to the energy savings generated by the solutions, delivered on a turnkey basis.

We respond actively to calls from public bodies for energy efficiency projects, submitting detailed technical and economic documentation on the improvements to be implemented.
If our bid is successful and we are awarded the contract, we take full responsibility for executing and commissioning the project.
